Tracy Hazzard is the team lead for Hazzard & Riste bringing over 15 years of real estate experience to this Top Real Estate Team.  Tracy began her real estate career in 2006 as a real estate appraiser and 2011 she made the transition to an agent with Royal LePage Community Realty bringing vast experience and training in valuation methods and quickly becoming a Top Producing agent with Royal LePage Community Realty.

Cari Riste is no stranger to real estate.  Prior to forming Hazzard & Riste she worked as a real estate assistant igniting her curiosity and interest in real estate.  Not long after Cari furthered her real estate interest by working as an office administrator at Royal LePage Community Realty gaining a strong background in social media, contract completion, and a wide range of behind the scenes knowledge of the industry.
